My experience has been exceptional in preparing me for surgery, and during and immediately after surgery. I was very disappointed when I called the office to speak with someone about intense back spasms I was experiencing yesterday. I could not move without pain and wanted relief. The person I spoke with explained that Dr Lent wouldn’t be in that day. I asked for a call from whoever was covering his patients. I was told someone would be in about noon and would return my call. I waited all day in pain and frustration with no call back. I spent a near sleepless night trying to avoid the jolts of back pain. I hadn’t expected this level of callousness from this office. I mentioned this during my appt today and got no explanation. My appt today was otherwise great and my pain addressed.
