Excellent, however I don't like the fact I needed a very very small area on one form filled out. That probably would have took (2) minutes most to fill out for work. They told me it takes 5 to 7 business days to do. Meanwhile you have (3) women up front doing nothing. My job only gives me (5) days to submit it. But the Doctor was excellent!!

It was great from beginning to end , receptionist gave me some papers from the Mark in 10 minutes with another five minutes and it was an x-ray machine having x-rays for my back and knees.
The doctor came timely fashion, and he explain everything very professional and respectful fashion.
